Shipping Policy
- The following delivery fees apply:
Regional / Rural Areas Delivery Fee of R 115 will apply
- Your order will only be processed once we have received your payment and it has cleared in our bank account.
- Iszi online has partnered with 3 trusted courier companies to ensure fast and direct door to door delivery anywhere in South Africa.
- Our courier partners offer a standard delivery from Monday – Friday between 08:00 – 17:00. Deliveries will take anything between 7 – 10 working days to be delivered (unless otherwise specified on our website). Please contact us if alternative arrangements should be made regarding your delivery or delivery date.
- Shipments will only take place on a Tuesday and Thursday.
- Iszi online can unfortunately not be held responsible for late deliveries once the parcel has been handed over the courier company. We have no control over the date and time of deliveries.
- We cannot take liability for orders delivered to an address (supplied by the client) that is incomplete or wrong and the client will be responsible for any fees incurred.
- If a package should be refused upon delivery, the client will be liable for all delivery fees.
- If you are based in Centurion or surrounding areas, and would prefer to personally collect your order, you are welcome to do so. Please select the “Collect” option at checkout. We will be in touch to arrange a suitable date and time when your order is ready for collection.
